Stop on by the shop!
We accept cash, personal check, American Express, MasterCard, Visa. Upon acceptance of an order, a 25% deposit is required. Final payment is required within 10 days of notification of completion of your order.
(**An order involving unusual wood or combinations of various wood types will require a 50% deposit.)
Delivery is available for up to 8 chairs, within 100 mile radius, for a $50 fee. Shipping charges are determined on a case by case basis, dependent on actual freight charges, packaging materials and handling. Packing
and shipping (usually by FedEx ground) is generally done on Mondays and Tuesdays. We will try to get
you an estimate on shipping charges as soon as we can.
Local pickup, with loading assistance is welcome. Please take note that we do not have warehouse facilities, nor do we keep an inventory of chairs, other than what we have on the showroom floor. Our space is limited.
If you cannot take delivery on your order immediately, you may be subject to a storage fee.
Our chairs are made to order. Your choice of wood is the most critical factor in determining how long it
may take for completion of your order. The availability of enough wood, with the correct moisture content,
changes from day-to day. Because each chair is handcrafted, there is often a waiting list of varying length,
depending on the backlog of order. If you have a specific time frame that you need to meet, please tell us in
advance. We will do our very best to accommodate your needs.
